Every order ships in the packaging it arrived in, with the distributor labels removed so the outer carton does not advertise the contents or the buying channel. We do not repack sealed product: every extra handling step is another chance to damage a unit whose whole value is that it is untouched.
Sealed units may be returned within 14 days provided the factory seal is intact. Once a unit is opened the guarantee we sell no longer exists, so opened units cannot be returned.
