The One Piece Card Game OP-13: Carrying On His Will Booster Pack brings one of the One Piece universe's most powerful themes to the tabletop: inherited will and the legacy passed between generations. This official Bandai English edition booster pack contains 6 randomized cards from the thirteenth mainline expansion, featuring new leader cards, strategic character additions, powerful support cards, and high-rarity chase cards that capture the emotional depth of dreams carried forward and the indomitable spirit that defines the One Piece saga. Whether you're building competitive tournament decks, expanding your collection, or hunting rare parallel cards, each OP-13 booster pack delivers the excitement of discovery with every opening.
Individual booster packs provide the most accessible entry point into new expansions while offering the thrill of potentially pulling super rare (SR), secret rare (SEC), or special parallel cards that define both competitive meta and collector value. The Carrying On His Will expansion introduces game-changing leaders, expands existing color archetypes with crucial support cards, and provides powerful answers to established tournament strategies. Each pack represents an affordable opportunity to acquire meta-defining cards, complete set collections, or discover your next favorite character card featuring stunning official One Piece artwork.
Carrying On His Will explores one of One Piece's most profound narrative themes: the inherited dreams and unwavering determination that pass from one generation to the next. This expansion celebrates the bonds between mentors and students, the legacies of fallen comrades, and the indomitable spirit that drives characters to carry forward the dreams of those who came before them. The set features cards representing pivotal moments of inheritance, powerful characters who embody this theme, and gameplay mechanics that reflect the strength gained from honoring the will of predecessors.
From a competitive perspective, OP-13 has made significant impact on the tournament meta by introducing new leader options that reshape deck-building strategies, providing crucial support for previously underrepresented color combinations, and offering powerful answers to established competitive archetypes. Key cards from this expansion have quickly become tournament staples across multiple color combinations, making OP-13 essential for players seeking to compete at high-level organized play events. The expansion balances innovation with support for existing strategies, ensuring both new archetypes and refined versions of established decks remain viable.

Sourced through an authorised distributor, invoice on file. Checked and photographed on arrival: factory seal unbroken, exactly as it left the manufacturer. Stored indoors on racking and dispatched exactly as it came in, with the distributor labels removed from the outer packaging.
Three checks on arrival, none of which involve opening anything: the unit is matched against the distributor invoice it came in with, the factory seal is confirmed intact and unbroken, and it is photographed before it goes on the rack. A unit that arrives opened or damaged does not go into stock.
Every order ships in the packaging it arrived in, with the distributor labels removed so the outer carton does not advertise the contents or the buying channel. Insured at full declared value, signature required on delivery. We do not repack sealed product: every extra handling step is another chance to damage a unit whose whole value is that it is untouched.
Sealed units may be returned within 14 days provided the factory seal is intact. Once a unit is opened the guarantee we sell no longer exists, so opened units cannot be returned.
Yes. Every unit arrives from an authorised distributor with the original seal and tape intact, and is photographed on intake. We never open, search or repack sealed product, so the guarantee is structural rather than a promise.
Three checks on arrival: the unit is matched against the distributor invoice it came in with, the factory seal is confirmed intact and unbroken, and it is photographed. What we can show you is paperwork and dated photographs — we do not weigh units against reference masses or compare seal geometry, because we do not run that kind of laboratory.
Indoors on racking, at 20–25 °C and 30–45 % relative humidity depending on the season. Never on the floor and never under other stock.
In the packaging it arrived in, with the distributor labels removed, insured at full declared value and with a signature required on delivery. We do not repack sealed product — the fewer times a unit is handled, the better.
Within 14 days, provided the factory seal is intact. Once a unit is opened the thing we sell no longer exists, so opened units cannot be returned.
