How we authenticate a unit before it is listed
Authentication is mostly documentary, and none of it involves opening anything. We match the unit against the distributor invoice it arrived with, confirm the packaging is intact and unopened, and photograph it before it goes on the rack.
Provenance is the strongest single signal, and it is the one most people skip. Product bought through an authorised distributor and matched to its invoice has a chain you can follow; product bought on the open market does not, whatever it weighs on arrival.
The intake photographs travel with the order to the buyer. What we deliberately do not claim is seal-geometry forensics or reference-mass tolerances: we do not run that kind of laboratory, and a standard nobody can audit is worth nothing anyway. What we can show is paperwork and dated photographs.
