Frequently asked questions
Why don't you sell singles?
A sealed unit — case, box, or pack — is the last point in the chain that can be proven untouched. We never open, search, or repack — so the guarantee is structural rather than a promise.
What comes in a case, a box or a pack?
It depends on the product line and the set. Every listing publishes the exact configuration for that unit — boxes per case, packs per box, cards per pack and gross mass where it applies — taken from the distributor spec. If a figure is not listed it is because we have not verified it, and we would rather leave it out than guess.
Is everything factory sealed?
Yes, at every level we sell — case, box, pack, or single unit. Each one arrives from an authorised distributor with the original seal and marks intact and is photographed on intake.
How is a unit authenticated?
We check it against the distributor invoice it came with, confirm the packaging is intact and the factory seal unbroken, and photograph it on arrival. Distributor labels are removed from the outer box before dispatch — the factory seal is never touched.
How is product stored?
In our own indoor warehouse, between 20 and 25 °C and 30–45 % relative humidity depending on the season — controlled conditions, not a laboratory. Stock sits on racking, never on the floor and never under other stock. We do not claim a climate chamber, because we do not run one.
How do you ship high-value orders?
In the packaging it arrived in, with the distributor labels removed so the outer carton does not advertise the contents or where it was bought. Insured at full declared value, signature required on delivery. We do not repack sealed product into other packaging — every extra handling step is another chance to damage a unit whose whole value is that it is untouched.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes, on allocated product. Contact the desk to reserve an allocation; the balance is settled before dispatch. If the allocation is cut, any deposit is refunded in full.
Why do you care where the product ends up?
Because a game only survives if people are playing it. A set that goes from distributor to reseller to a shelf, and never reaches a table, looks like a sale and behaves like a slow leak — fewer players next season, thinner events, and a line that quietly dies.
So we are not trying to be the place product goes to sit. We would rather be the route it takes to get to somebody who opens it. That is also why we hold part of every allocation back from public listing: the fastest buyer and the right buyer are not always the same person.
Do you have a physical space?
Yes. There is a room in Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona) with tables, and people already play there.
What it is not yet is a shop counter — there is no over-the-counter retail or order collection at this stage, so every order still ships insured. When that changes it will say so here first.
Do you run organised play?
Not yet, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. No leagues, no tournaments, no accreditation under our own banner so far.
What already exists is the part that has to come first: allocation set aside for it. Stock is being reserved for organised play before there is a calendar to spend it on, because a shop that builds the calendar first and then goes looking for product ends up cancelling events. When dates exist, they will be published here.
What does "the programme" actually mean?
Two things, and neither is a loyalty scheme.
The first is supply: sourcing sealed product through authorised distribution and documenting its custody from intake to dispatch, so what you receive is provably what left the distributor.
The second is where that supply is pointed. A reserved share of each allocation is kept for play — tables, clubs and organisers — instead of going entirely to whoever refreshes a page fastest. Priority Boarding is the invitation-only side of the same idea, for buyers who need allocation confirmed before a public listing opens.
What is the code of play?
Four things we hold to and expect on our floor: every seat open, rules as written, teaching whoever is new, and product treated as stock in transit rather than as an investment.
It is not decoration. The last one is a supply decision — a reserved share of each allocation is kept back from public listing for play — and the first three are what we will ask of anyone using the tables once events start running.
You sell sealed cases. Are you not just supplying resellers?
It is a fair question, and the honest answer is that we cannot control what every buyer does with a case once it leaves. What we can control is where the allocation points.
Part of every allocation never reaches the public listing at all — it is held for organised play. Priority Boarding exists so that buyers who actually move product to players can have stock confirmed before a launch, rather than losing it to whoever refreshes fastest. And we would rather sell a case to somebody opening it on a table than a pallet to somebody storing it, even when the pallet is the easier sale.
Can I collect in person?
Yes. The floor in Barberà del Vallès is open Monday to Saturday, 16:30–20:30, for pickup and in-person purchase — the same tables organised play runs on. It's a small space still finding its full footing, so this is the minimum viable version of walk-in retail rather than the finished one, but it is open now.
