Lorwyn Eclipsed returns players to the whimsical plane where day and night, light and shadow, exist in perfect balance. This expansion reintroduces the beloved tribal mechanics that defined one of Magic's most memorable creature-focused sets, bringing updated synergies and modern power levels to classic tribal strategies. Players rediscover iconic tribes including Elves, Faeries, Merfolk, Kithkin, Goblins, and more—each with enhanced mechanical identity and competitive viability.
The set features stunning artwork capturing Lorwyn's distinctive fairy-tale aesthetic, from sunlit meadows inhabited by Kithkin villages to twilight forests where Faeries dance among ancient trees. Each card tells a story within this enchanted realm, creating immersive gameplay that combines strategic depth with narrative richness.
Lorwyn Eclipsed emphasizes creature synergies through powerful tribal mechanics that reward focused deck construction around specific creature types. The expansion supports multiple strategic approaches:
Each Play Booster offers opportunities to discover cards that enhance tribal strategies, whether you're building competitive tournament decks or casual tribal-themed creations for kitchen table Magic.
Flexible Collection Building: Single packs allow precise budget control while building your Lorwyn Eclipsed collection. Purchase exactly the number of packs you need for Draft events, casual opening sessions, or targeted set completion without committing to full booster boxes.
Draft and Sealed Play: Individual Play Boosters are essential for organizing Draft events (3 packs per player) or Sealed tournaments (6 packs per player). The optimized pack composition ensures balanced limited format gameplay that showcases player skill and strategic decision-making.
