Sourced through an authorised distributor, invoice on file. Checked and photographed on arrival: factory seal unbroken, exactly as it left the manufacturer. Stored indoors on racking and dispatched exactly as it came in, with the distributor labels removed from the outer packaging.
Three checks on arrival, none of which involve opening anything: the unit is matched against the distributor invoice it came in with, the factory seal is confirmed intact and unbroken, and it is photographed before it goes on the rack. A unit that arrives opened or damaged does not go into stock.
Every order ships in the packaging it arrived in, with the distributor labels removed so the outer carton does not advertise the contents or the buying channel. Insured at full declared value, signature required on delivery. We do not repack sealed product: every extra handling step is another chance to damage a unit whose whole value is that it is untouched.
Sealed units may be returned within 14 days provided the factory seal is intact. Once a unit is opened the guarantee we sell no longer exists, so opened units cannot be returned.
