Cyberpunk TCG — Welcome to Night City: booster box, case and prerelease pack
From video game to card table
Cyberpunk 2077 — CD Projekt Red's open-world RPG set in Night City — released on 10 December 2020 to a rocky launch and a genuine long-tail recovery, one accelerated hugely by Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the Studio Trigger anime that premiered on Netflix on 13 September 2022 and introduced the setting to an audience well beyond the game's original players. That crossover appeal is a big part of why a physical trading card game exists at all: Cyberpunk TCG is developed by WeirdCo in close collaboration with CD Projekt Red, and it's the franchise's first trading card game, funded on Kickstarter in March 2026 in dramatic fashion — the campaign cleared its $100,000 goal in eight minutes and went on to raise millions.
What Welcome to Night City actually is
Welcome to Night City is the debut set, built around characters familiar from both the game and the anime — V, Jackie Welles, Johnny Silverhand and Judy Álvarez among them — playable in mix-and-match crews rather than fixed factions. The game itself runs on a dice-and-card hybrid system: each player needs a set of six dice (d4 through d20) alongside their deck, leading a crew against a rival with the goal of controlling a majority of Gig dice to win the game. It's a mechanical identity distinct from most trading card games on the shelf next to it, closer to a dice-pool game with a card layer than a traditional TCG.
A new game means thinner allocation
Wide retail release for Welcome to Night City is expected later in 2026, which means specialty distribution — including the allocation we sell from — is running ahead of general retail availability. That's a normal pattern for a Kickstarter-funded product finding its way into the direct trade before a full retail rollout, but it's also exactly the situation where speculative resale outpaces real supply, and where an unverifiable seller is the riskiest place to buy from.
Sealed formats we carry
We stock Welcome to Night City as a 24-pack booster box display (288 cards), a full 12-box case, and the Prerelease Pack — six boosters plus promotional cards for players who want early access ahead of general release.
Buying it from Spaceship TCG
All of it is sourced from authorised distribution, checked against the invoice and photographed on intake before listing. If you're trying the game early or building toward a full playset, sealed and verified is the only way we sell it.
