From Origins to Spiritforged

Spiritforged is Riftbound's second set, following the October 2025 English launch of Origins. It debuted in China in December 2025 ahead of an English release across North America, LATAM, EMEA and Oceania from 13 February 2026. Twelve Champion Legends headline the expansion — Rek'Sai, Draven, Irelia, Rumble, Lucian, Sivir, Azir, Ezreal, Ornn, Renata Glasc, Fiora and Jax — and the set introduces three new mechanics: Equipment, cards that attach to a unit and stay in play even if that unit is defeated; Gold, a new resource layer; and Repeat, which lets a player pay a spell's cost a second time to trigger its effect again.

Boosters, Champion Decks and playmats

Spiritforged ships as a standard 24-pack booster box and single packs, alongside preconstructed Champion Decks built around Fiora and Rumble specifically — a fixed, legal deck at a fixed price, with no packs to open and no deckbuilding required before a first game. For players committing to the game past a first booster box, Riftbound also ships branded accessories tied to the set's champions, including an Irelia playmat referencing her Spirit Blossom alternate art.

What changes with accessories, and what doesn't

A playmat or sleeve doesn't carry the same authentication concerns as a booster box — there's no pull rate to protect — but we apply the same sourcing standard regardless, because everything in the line comes from the same authorised distribution chain, and a mismatched invoice on an accessory is still a mismatched invoice.
